It’s a success story that began in 1998 when Wynnis Armour and Marisa Fong formed Madison Recruitment - which they and their talented team grew quickly to offer temporary and permanent staffing solutions nationwide. Starting in the Auckland CBD, Madison Recruitment now has offices nationwide (Auckland CBD, Auckland South East, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch) and is part of the largest, New Zealand owned recruitment group.

Clients and Candidates told us they were tired of the "global" recruitment agency one-size-fits-all approach, but they had found it difficult to find a boutique recruitment agency that could provide them with the resources to meet their recruitment or job-search needs, whilst also providing a personal service.

In response to this, Madison Recruitment offers you the unique opportunity to form a partnership with a 100% New Zealand owned recruitment agency, that offers the benefits of a large organisation as well as the personal touch. As a result of The Madison Way™ we have some of the biggest and most credible organisations in New Zealand as our clients. While working with these organisations we have forged some true partnerships and we are still working with the same ten clients that were around at the inception of the business in 1998!
