In another life, Kiri would be a Silvern Fern netballer. You will see hints of that in her energy levels and in the way she approaches teamwork and leadership. On occasion you'll catch her laughing gregariously and most often than not, singing away as she goes about her work. This, she makes no apologies for - she is a true believer that you need to be yourself and not sweat the small stuff.

In the afterglow of the Rugby World Cup final and watching our boys take it out, I have a real appreciation of what the failure in 2007 World Cup did for that group of players and management who were involved.
