Permanent Staffing

At Madison Recruitment, we understand that you need to be able to trust us to identify the best candidate in the market to fill your role while you get on and run your business. Our Consultants will skilfully manage the entire recruitment and selection process for you; matching the role to a select group of carefully screened and qualified candidates. Our entire recruitment and selection process is adapted to meet your needs including customisation of skills and psychometric testing, structured behavioural interviewing, reference checking and other specific, targeted recruitment tools. Close communication - in the form of a daily update - is maintained throughout the process. It should be nothing but a thorough process - we know that mistakes in selection can be very costly.

Temporary Staffing

We can provide your organisation with temporary staff for as long or as short as you need. We are most commonly asked to provide temporary cover in entry level through to senior roles in the following areas: Customer Services/Call Centre, Accounting/Finance, Helpdesk/IT Staff, Reception/Administration, Secretarial/PA support and Telemarketing.
On registration, all temporary staff are skills tested, protecting you from becoming a "training ground" for inexperienced people. You can be assured that all our temporary staff have been reference checked with at least two previous employers and have signed full declarations regarding their health status, criminal convictions and residency status.
