Wynnis is a member of the Institute of Directors and and brings a wealth of commercial acumen, experience and understanding in leading Madison’s strategic and financial operations.

She returns from maternity leave as Candidate Manager working with our Senior Consultants. Kiri holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Otago University with double majors in Marketing and Management.

Her supportive, insightful and energetic nature is also put to good use as she provides solutions and advice to clients on a range of organisational development value adds through the Madison Consulting division.

Darren has a wealth of experience with over 13 years recruiting in Europe and Asia Pacific. After graduating with a degree in Business with Honours he joined one of UK’s largest technology recruiters, ultimately heading the European division. He then joined a niche actuarial search and selection provider. After four years, he was headhunted to become GM of the permanent division of an engineering recruitment firm and was most recently with a leading executive search firm. Darren joined The Madison Group in 2010.

David was one of the initial Madison team starting with Wynnis and Marisa in 1998. David has excelled in setting up e-commerce accounting systems and a smoothly functioning payroll system. He has a PhD in Marine Biology (which is absolutely irrelevant to his present role) and indulged his passion for blue water sailing by cruising the Pacific for three years before joining the Madison team. Having now discovered the joy of motorcycles he is working part time when the weather is bad!

Following a career in the media world, Marisa entered recruitment and enjoyed 20 successful years culminating in a National Sales Director role at a large global staffing provider prior to co-founding Madison Recruitment in 1998. Marisa is a member of Springboard New Zealand - a group of GMs and company owners who provide a channel for the next generation of Directors. Together with Wynnis, Marisa leads the strategic and financial operations and does so with creative vision and an innovative approach.

Susan worked for ten years in various sales, advertising and account management roles in the media industry before joining The Madison Group. Though new to the group in 2010, Susan has already added value with her professionalism, exceptional follow through and depth of relationships. Along with Justin, she introduces our range of service offerings and ensures a high standard of service delivery.

She was previously a Manager/Trainer for a global food brands company and was a primary school teacher.

Returning from maternity leave in 2010, Renee is back consulting in contact centre and volume recruitment. She is results focused, amazingly efficient and thrives in an energetic and pressurised environment.

Relocating to New Zealand in 2010, Liz previously worked for five years in financial services as an Account Consultant, and in retail management. She joins The Madison Group in a newly created role where she is responsible for providing accurate information to clients and stakeholders, carries out projects to streamline processes and organises client events. Liz is a great problem solver who operates with a focus on continuous improvement. She holds a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University.

Kris is our resident IT Guru - responsible for all things technical across The Madison Group. He started with Madison in 2005 and quickly became a critical part of day to day operations. We are fortunate to benefit from his wide range of skills and up to date knowledge base. There is really nothing that Kris can't solve, and he adds huge value to the team through systems improvement, information management and his ability to bring humour to challenging situations.

Shereen joined Madison in 2002, running a successful recruitment desk for five years. She then moved into an internal role and assisted with the Madison Consulting service offering. Her dedication, logical approach and innovative thinking is well utilised in her current role, which was created in 2010 to foster an across-the-board brand experience for clients, candidates and staff, in alignment with our vision and values. Shereen has BA/BCom degrees in Psychology and Employment Relations.

Nalinee started with Madison in 2007 and moved into a Para Consultant role after four months. She earned her recruiting stripes by screening candidates, managing advertising, interviewing and reference checking job seekers. Nalinee is now Consultant in the volume recruitment team, and both contributes to as well as benefits from, the team environment and strong sense of camaraderie. Nalinee holds a BCom from the University of Auckland where she majored in Marketing and Management.

In addition she handles several queries daily and does so with patience, helpfulness and good humour. Talia joined Madison after working in a variety of accounts and purchasing roles. She is a quick learner, has huge attention to detail and remains incredibly focused under pressure.

Originally from Scotland, Arlette worked in the airline and recruitment industries overseas before joining Madison in 2004. She was initially a temp recruiter, twice winning the Madison Temporary Controller of the Year title in both 2005 and 2006. Arlette then specialised in accounting and finance recruitment prior to maternity leave. She now recruits a wide variety of temporary and permanent roles and with her incredible memory, ability to build rapport and strong drive, delivers the very best for her clients.

Matt gained five years experience in agency and internal recruitment in Amsterdam where he was responsible for hiring IT, trading, finance and support personnel up to board level. Originally from Christchurch, Matt has returned to New Zealand and has settled in Auckland with his family to join the CBD team at Madison Recruitment. Matt is an excellent communicator, and a high achiever who is able to quickly ascertain the needs of his clients. He has a degree in Psychology from Canterbury University.

With seven years past experience in the hospitality industry, Andrea is adept at welcoming Madison clients and candidates and making the recruitment process enjoyable for all concerned.

Simon is either a current or former board member of companies including Metrowater, Fletcher Challenge Forestry Argentina, Play it Strange Trust, the Institution of Professional Engineers and Radio bfm.

Simon has significant commercial experience, having begun his career in FMCG sales and then set up a food production business in the early 1990’s. Simon grew sales and profitability significantly, opening new retail sites, developing a specialised manufacturing facility and negotiating significant commercial supply agreements. Simon has been a director of several NZ businesses and Chairman of the Alumni Advisory Board of The Icehouse. He works in a consulting capacity with a number of private companies.

Mark is the founder of Lowndes Associates. His 29 years of commercial law practice commenced with Simpson Grierson and has included a period as in-house counsel for a multinational oil company, with involvement in international commercial matters and government affairs. He has held various company directorships. Mark led the legal work on over $450 million of M and A activity in the year prior to the GFC. Mark has participated in trade missions and is active in a number of international trade organisations.
