With a double major (and post graduate papers in Psychology, Counselling and Linguistics) from The University of Canterbury, Wynnis entered the recruitment environment after a very diverse and successful management career in both the private and public sectors at General Management and Directorship level. Wynnis is a member of the Institute of Directors and brings a wealth of commercial acumen, experience and understanding in leading Madison’s strategic and financial operations.

Simon is an experienced business owner, director and manager. He began his career in FMCG sales then moved from the corporate sector to set up a food production business in the early 1990’s. In a consulting capacity he has been engaged by large listed NZ companies in property, retail and distribution. Simon has been a director of several businesses and Chairman of the Alumni Advisory Board of The Icehouse. Simon is passionate about people, unsatisfied with the status quo and driven by success.

Holly is originally from Canada and has settled in quickly to life in New Zealand. Together with Tasi and Sam, the team services one of Madison's large client accounts. Her organisational skills, initiative and approachability is appreciated by all, and it is her team focus and attitude that makes her a real a delight to work with. Holly previously worked in promotions and project management prior to her travels. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Manitoba, Canada.

With experience from the UK and NZ spanning 2004 to date, she is a speedy operator who leads by example and does so with charm and wit. Kiri is a natural achiever and engages her clients and candidates with valuable feedback and advice. Kiri previously managed the Business Support recruitment team. She returns from maternity leave as Candidate Manager working with our Senior Consultants. Kiri holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Otago University with double majors in Marketing and Management.

Julie is a recruitment veteran, with 15 years experience across a range of sectors. She graduated with a BA in Education and History from Exeter in the UK. Julie started with Madison in 2005 with the set up of our very successful South East Auckland branch. She now has a busy and varied role as COO. Her supportive, insightful and energetic nature is also put to good use as she provides solutions and advice to clients on a range of organisational development value adds through the Madison Consulting division.

Hannah became part of the Madison team in 2010 after working in HR and Recruitment in the health sector. Having gained valuable internal recruitment experience, Hannah was able to make a difference as soon as she joined us. Following a career in the media world, Marisa entered recruitment and enjoyed 20 successful years culminating in a National Sales Director role at a large global staffing provider prior to co-founding Madison Recruitment in 1998. Marisa is a member of Springboard New Zealand - a group of GMs and company owners who provide a channel for the next generation of Directors. Together with Wynnis, Marisa leads the strategic and financial operations and does so with creative vision and an innovative approach.

Since joining Madison in 2006, Kerrie has achieved success recruiting in both the Call Centre and Business Support space. Kerrie exhibits positivity and strong organisational skills - attributes that greatly benefit her team. She was previously a Manager/Trainer for a global food brands company and was a primary school teacher.

Having achievements such as Volume Recruiter of the year in 2006 and team leading responsibilities, Renee transferred her success and expertise into technical and operations recruitment. Returning from maternity leave in 2010, Renee is back consulting in contact centre and volume recruitment. She is results focused, amazingly efficient and thrives in an energetic and pressurised environment.

Having relocated to NZ in 2010, Liz previously worked for five years in financial services as an Account Consultant, and in retail management. She joins The Madison Group in a newly created role where she is responsible for providing accurate information to clients and stakeholders, carrying out projects to streamline processes and organising client events. Liz is a great problem solver who operates with a focus on continuous improvement. She holds a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University.

Adele joined Madison in 2011 with previous recruitment and HR experience from the travel, tourism, hospitality, law, IT and financial services sectors. Adele’s clients have appreciated her natural rapport and style of communication. She works quickly, has high attention to detail and successfully multitasks. All these skills were also well honed and utilised when she worked as a Tour Manager for Contiki Holidays and as Event Manager for Triathlon New Zealand.

Kris is our resident IT Guru - responsible for all things technical across The Madison Group. He started with Madison in 2005 and quickly became a critical part of day to day operations. We are fortunate to benefit from his wide range of skills and up to date knowledge base. There is really nothing that Kris can't solve, and he adds huge value to the team through systems improvement, information management and his ability to bring humour to challenging situations.

Whether it is face to face or phone interaction, Jessica has a pleasant and professional manner that puts people at ease. She is a delight to work with, always happy to give things a go and willing to assist in any way she can.

Shereen joined Madison in 2002, running a successful recruitment desk for five years. She then moved into an internal role and assisted with the Madison Consulting service offering. Her dedication, logical approach and innovative thinking is well utilised in her current role, which was created in 2010 to foster an across-the-board brand experience for clients, candidates and staff, in alignment with our vision and values. Shereen has BA/BCom degrees in Psychology and Employment Relations.

Andrew recently joined us from across the ditch and is specialising in Executive Sales. He has a depth of sales and recruitment experience within the Australian market over the last seven years, including opening a new branch and building a successful recruitment business from scratch. Andrew has a Diploma of Business from North Sydney Tafe.

Arriving from the US in late 2010, Mallory’s first insight into the NZ recruitment market was as a Candidate Administrator on a project, sourcing skilled tradespeople for the Australasian market. With her interest piqued by the fast paced, fun environment she joined Madison mid 2011. Mallory’s interpersonal skills and intuitive style has seen her take her new role head on. She holds a Bachelor in Fine Arts, majoring in Fashion Design and minoring in Marketing from Kent State University, Ohio.

Mandy is the epitome of cool, calm and collected. She joined Madison in 2007 and quickly became a well respected member of the team. Today she manages the largest temp force in Auckland whilst effortlessly handling all requests and requirements with her pro-active nature, ability to multi task and warm customer relationship skills. Mandy's clients and candidates often tell us how very fond they are of the way she operates. Prior to recruitment Mandy held managerial roles in the travel industry.

Rose has quickly become an integral part of The Madison Group's busy internal accounts team.

Kelly is part of what we call ‘the backbone team’. This is a very apt description of her role – she helps to hold our business together! Her responsibilities include internal payroll, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and reconciliations. Kelly has been with Madison since 2004 and brings a vast amount of experience from ten years working in accounts for a real estate agent. She is committed, consistent and professional, and while she works hard, always finds the time to have a laugh with the team.

Originally from Ireland, Vicky travelled and worked in Australia before settling in New Zealand in 2011. She has experience working in the banking, finance and recruitment industries. Vicky has slotted in and quickly become a valued member of the team. Vicky now works with our Consultants to identify quality candidates for permanent and temporary roles. Vicky manages her busy day with a pleasant and happy demeanour and does not hesitate to use initiative to go above and beyond.

Rebecca is the longest serving team member having started with Madison in a support role in 2000. After several promotions, she is now responsible for some key relationships and takes the lead in the delivery of high volume projects. Her consistently positive attitude, organisational ability and work ethic ensures she achieves the very high standards her clients and candidates have come to rely on.

Nalinee started with Madison in 2007 and moved into a Para Consultant role after four months. She earned her recruiting stripes by screening candidates, managing advertising, interviewing and reference checking job seekers. Nalinee is now Consultant in the volume recruitment team, and both contributes to as well as benefits from, the team environment and strong sense of camaraderie. Nalinee holds a BCom from the University of Auckland where she majored in Marketing and Management.

Deanne joined Madison after working in the finance industry and has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Sociology and Education.

Talia works as part of our talented and efficient accounts department, another valued 'backbone team' member. She is responsible for a very large temp payroll across The Madison Group, and it's associated invoicing. In addition she handles several queries daily and does so with patience, helpfulness and good humour. Talia joined Madison after working in a variety of accounts and purchasing roles. She is a quick learner, has huge attention to detail and remains incredibly focused under pressure.

Sam has also been a Research Assistant, and did volunteer work overseas. She has a Bachelor of Science from The University of Auckland.

Mary is a pleasure to deal with, and clients benefit from her commercial business skills and her approach in tackling issues. Mary has an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Otago.

Munfoon joined us in 2011, having previously worked as Finance Manager for a bank and a cosmetics/fragrance brand. With her experience in project management, process improvement and business reporting, her role is to ensure the accounts team are equipped with sustainable processes to support our growing and complex business. Munfoon has a BSc. Econ with Honours in Accounting from University College Cardiff and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in NZ, England and Wales.

Matt gained five years experience in agency and internal recruitment in Amsterdam where he was responsible for hiring IT, trading, finance and support personnel up to board level. Originally from Christchurch, Matt has returned to New Zealand and has settled in Auckland with his family to join the CBD team at Madison Recruitment. Matt is an excellent communicator, and a high achiever who is able to quickly ascertain the needs of his clients. He has a degree in Psychology from Canterbury University.

Following a career in the media world, Marisa entered recruitment and enjoyed 20 successful years culminating in a National Sales Director role at a large global staffing provider prior to co-founding Madison Recruitment in 1998. Marisa is a member of Springboard New Zealand - a group of GMs and company owners who provide a channel for the next generation of Directors. Together with Wynnis, Marisa leads the strategic and financial operations and does so with creative vision and an innovative approach.

Mark is the founder of Lowndes Associates. His 29 years of commercial law practice commenced with Simpson Grierson and has included a period as in-house counsel for a multinational oil company, with involvement in international commercial matters and government affairs. He has held various company directorships. Mark led the legal work on over $450 million of M and A activity in the year prior to the GFC. Mark has participated in trade missions and is active in a number of international trade organisations.
