With a double major (and post graduate papers in Psychology, Counselling and Linguistics) from The University of Canterbury, Wynnis entered the recruitment environment after a very diverse and successful management career in both the private and public sectors at General Management and Directorship level. Wynnis is a member of the Institute of Directors and brings a wealth of commercial acumen, experience and understanding in leading Madison’s strategic and financial operations.

Simon is an experienced business owner, director and manager. He began his career in FMCG sales then moved from the corporate sector to set up a food production business in the early 1990s. In a consulting capacity he has been engaged by large listed NZ companies in property, retail and distribution. Simon has been a director of several businesses and Chairman of the Alumni Advisory Board of The Icehouse. Simon is passionate about people, dissatisfied with the status quo and driven by success.

With experience from the UK and NZ spanning 2004 to date, she is a speedy operator who leads by example and does so with charm and wit. Kiri is a natural achiever and engages her clients and candidates with valuable feedback and advice. Kiri previously managed the Business Support recruitment team. She returns from maternity leave as Candidate Manager working with our Senior Consultants. Kiri holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Otago University with double majors in Marketing and Management.

Julie is a recruitment veteran, with 15 years experience across a range of sectors. She graduated with a BA in Education and History from Exeter in the UK. Julie started with Madison in 2005 with the set up of our very successful South East Auckland branch. She now has a busy and varied role. Her supportive, insightful and energetic nature is put to good use as she provides solutions and advice internally & externally to clients on a range of organisational development value adds through the Madison Consulting division.

Hannah became part of the Madison team in 2010 after working in HR and Recruitment in the health sector. Having gained valuable internal recruitment experience, Hannah was able to make a difference as soon as she joined us. She tackles the fast pace at Madison with her excellent use of initiative, dedication and efficiency. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology from The University of Auckland.

Following a career in the media world, Marisa entered recruitment and enjoyed 20 successful years culminating in a National Sales Director role at a large global staffing provider prior to co-founding Madison Recruitment in 1998. Marisa is a member of Springboard New Zealand - a group of GMs and company owners who provide a channel for the next generation of Directors. Together with Wynnis, Marisa leads the strategic and financial operations and does so with creative vision and an innovative approach.

Susan worked for ten years in various sales, advertising and account management roles in the media industry before joining The Madison Group. Though new to the group in 2010, Susan has already added value with her professionalism, exceptional follow through and depth of relationships. A well liked member of the team, Susan is a naturally hard worker whose love of life and positivity is infectious. Along with Justin, she introduces our range of service offerings and ensures a high standard of service delivery.

Since joining Madison in 2006, Kerrie has achieved success recruiting in both the Call Centre and Business Support space. Her values and dedication towards fostering positive relationships with her clients and candidates ensures that the needs of both are identified to achieve a perfect employment match. Kerrie exhibits positivity and strong organisational skills - attributes that greatly benefit her team. She was previously a Manager/Trainer for a global food brands company and was a primary school teacher.

Her organisational skills and driven nature have seen Renee promoted several times since joining Madison in 2003. Having achievements such as Volume Recruiter of the year in 2006 and team leading responsibilities, Renee transferred her success and expertise into technical and operations recruitment. Returning from maternity leave in 2010, Renee is back consulting in contact centre and volume recruitment. She is results focused, amazingly efficient and thrives in an energetic and pressurised environment.

Adele joined Madison in 2011 with previous recruitment and HR experience from the travel, tourism, hospitality, law, IT and financial services sectors. Adele’s clients have appreciated her natural rapport and style of communication. She works quickly, has high attention to detail and successfully multitasks. All these skills were also well honed and utilised when she worked as a Tour Manager for Contiki Holidays and as Event Manager for Triathlon New Zealand.

Kris is our resident IT Guru - responsible for all things technical across The Madison Group. He started with Madison in 2005 and quickly became a critical part of day to day operations. We are fortunate to benefit from his wide range of skills and up to date knowledge base. There is really nothing that Kris can't solve, and he adds huge value to the team through systems improvement, information management and his ability to bring humour to challenging situations.

Jessica teams up with Jaime to manage our busiest front office, shared by Madison Recruitment and sister brands pursuIT and Interim Taskforce. Prior to joining us Jessica worked in the travel and tourism industry as a Course Advisor and Travel Consultant. Whether it is face to face or phone interaction, Jessica has a pleasant and professional manner that puts people at ease. She is a delight to work with, always happy to give things a go and willing to assist in any way she can.

Eustace has more than 20 years of experience as a retained executive search consultant in a wide range of industries and functional areas. Eustace migrated with his family to New Zealand in 2003 from New Delhi, India. Before joining Madison Executive he has spent seven plus years with Stanton Chase International at their Auckland office as their Partner / Director – Financial. Eustace has previously worked with Heidrick and Struggles in Asia and prior to moving to NZ led his own successful executive search practice.

Shereen joined Madison in 2002, running a successful recruitment desk for five years. She then moved into an internal role and assisted with the Madison Consulting service offering. Her hands on experience, logical approach and innovative thinking is well utilised in her current role, which was created in 2010 to foster an across-the-board brand experience for clients, candidates and staff with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Shereen has BA/BCom degrees in Psychology and Employment Relations.

Arriving from the US in late 2010, Mallory’s first insight into the NZ recruitment market was as a Candidate Administrator on a project, sourcing skilled tradespeople for the Australasian market. With her interest piqued by the fast paced, fun environment she joined Madison mid 2011. Mallory’s interpersonal skills and intuitive style has seen her take her new role head on. She holds a Bachelor in Fine Arts, majoring in Fashion Design and minoring in Marketing from Kent State University, Ohio.

Jamie joined Madison in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Canterbury and a background in ESL administration, advisory, and teaching in the USA and Japan. His positive, hard-working and reliable nature is utilised well in his role which oversees internal administrative tasks and involves external psychometric testing. Jamie is currently completing his Master’s degree in Industrial Organisational Psychology at Massey University.

Mandy is the epitome of cool, calm and collected. She joined Madison in 2007 and quickly became a well respected member of the team. Today she manages the largest temp force in Auckland whilst effortlessly handling all requests and requirements with her pro-active nature, ability to multi task and warm customer relationship skills. Mandy's clients and candidates often tell us how very fond they are of the way she operates. Prior to recruitment Mandy held managerial roles in the travel industry.

Prior to joining Madison in 2012, Nathania was involved in volunteer recruitment in the not-for-profit sector, working as the Programme Coordinator at Brothers in Arms. Nathania is a breath of fresh air for the Madison team, bringing her diligence, honesty, and energy to her work as a consultant in the Business Support division. Nathania holds a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in French and Politics from The University of Auckland.

Originally from Brazil, Suenny initially started working at Madison as an intern from an English language school. She quickly proved herself to be a well liked and invaluable member of the team and has been here since. Suenny manages a very large payroll and is responsible for the invoicing and reporting for major clients. She's been likened to a machine because of the volumes she gets through with an incredible focus and accuracy. Suenny has a Post Grad degree in Business Management Economics.

Having recently returned to New Zealand after working in the UK for the last few years, Rose has accumulated a wide variety of accounting experience including working in the publishing, music, FMCG and financial services industries. She has a very amiable nature and is appreciated for her attention to detail, time management skills and proactive attitude. Rose has quickly become an integral part of The Madison Group's busy internal accounts team.

Kelly is part of what we call ‘the backbone team’. This is a very apt description of her role – she helps to hold our business together! Her responsibilities include internal payroll, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and reconciliations. Kelly has been with Madison since 2004 and brings a vast amount of experience from ten years working in accounts for a real estate agent. She is committed, consistent and professional, and while she works hard, always finds the time to have a laugh with the team.

Originally from Ireland, Vicky travelled and worked in Australia before settling in New Zealand in 2011. She has experience working in the banking, finance and recruitment industries. Vicky has slotted in and quickly become a valued member of the team. Vicky enjoys identifying quality candidates for permanent and temporary roles. Vicky manages her busy day with a pleasant and happy demeanour and does not hesitate to use initiative to go above and beyond.

Rebecca is the longest serving team member having started with Madison in a support role in 2000. After several promotions, she is now responsible for some key relationships and takes the lead in the delivery of high volume projects. Rebecca's charm and strong communications skills build very positive client relationships. Her consistently positive attitude, organisational ability and work ethic ensures she achieves the very high standards her clients and candidates have come to rely on.

Hannah sought a career in recruitment after working in the communications/web/financial services environment for eight years. She joined the Madison team in 2010 recruiting initially in the contact centre and business support areas. Hannah has fitted right in to the busy environment where her people and organisational skills are utilised hand in hand. Her outgoing and driven nature allows her to tackle the pressure with ease. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Communications from AUT.

As a member of the business support recruitment team, Deanne interviews candidates for temporary and permanent opportunities and assists throughout the whole recruitment process. With plenty of opportunities to utilise her customer service skills, this role perfectly suits Deanne’s energy and enthusiasm. The team appreciates her can-do attitude and helpful attitude. Deanne joined Madison after working in the finance industry and has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Sociology and Education.

Justin is a graduate from King’s College London and worked for a leading travel company prior to recruiting in the financial services sector for eight years. Justin joined Madison in 2006 and together with his team, is responsible for total quality assurance by introducing The Madison Group's capabilities then ensuring uniform service delivery across our various service offerings. Sociable, articulate and always up for a challenge, Justin thrives on the fast paced and people-focussed nature of recruitment.

After working in human resources for nine years in the public sector and software industries, Tasi brings her multitasking ability and calm approach to her recruitment role. Having had varied responsibilities in the past, Tasi lends a helping hand to anything and is an excellent team player. She always delivers and has a genuine passion for building relationships. Originally based in our South East office, Tasi is now part of the CBD team.

Emma joined us in 2012, having gained strong experience in volume recruitment for the finance, insurance and telecommunications industries. She thrives off the satisfaction of knowing that she has placed a candidate into a role that they truly love. A thoughtful and proactive member of the contact centre recruitment team, Emma considers the opportunity to impact people’s lives for the better as the best part about her job. She holds a BA in English Literature and Creative Writing.

Matt has a wealth of recruitment experience with 18 years in the industry including people and operational management right up to board level in the UK and Australasia. He is commercially astute, action-oriented and values driven - resulting in his success at establishing teams, improving business performance and strengthening sales and relationships. We count ourselves fortunate to have Kanna join The Madison Group in 2012 as a recipient of the First Foundation Scholarship. She is an exceptional person who operates well beyond her years. Kanna's role involves copy and video editing as well as content management on Madison’s blog and social media accounts. She will continue to work at Madison over the course of her tertiary studies. Kanna is studying towards a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce conjoint at the University of Auckland.

Munfoon joined us in 2011, having previously worked as Finance Manager for a bank and a cosmetics/fragrance brand. With her experience in project management, process improvement and business reporting, her role is to ensure the accounts team are equipped with sustainable processes to support our growing and complex business. Munfoon has a BSc. Econ with Honours in Accounting from University College Cardiff and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in NZ, England and Wales.

Angelica is originally from Brazil but has lived and worked in various European countries. With experience across different industries, she brings a passion for sales and account management. Angelica enjoys the Madison Way of recruitment as it proves that it is possible to maintain a personal approach in a fast-paced market. Angelica is always keen to exceed expectations, and is a proactive and bubbly addition to the team. She holds a Bachelor in Business.

Oscar comes to our South East branch with a wealth of customer service management experience having been a Customer Services Team Manager for a global company involved in the retail, professional hair care and industrial adhesives industries. Oscar enjoys the fast paced, people centric environment that recruitment provides. His depth of knowledge in customer service will stand him in good stead to assist clients and candidates recognise the skills required to deliver extraordinary service.

Melissa joined our South East Branch after five years' recruitment experience within a global recruitment company. She has experience recruiting entry level up to senior positions in the Business Services sector as well as industrial positions. Born and raised in Christchurch, Sean has a passion for his home town. Holding a BCom with an endorsement in Human Resource Development, he enjoys working with people from a variety of backgrounds, and understands the steps required to not only grow your career, but also develop your personal brand. After acquiring recruitment expertise in Sydney, Sean returned home to do his bit for the exponential growth of Christchurch. He embodies the values that he holds most important in life - trust, loyalty and integrity.

Prior to joining Madison, Susan worked in roles ranging from the coordination of background checks at fit2work in Melbourne to three years as a stewardess on a super yacht in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. As the Branch Administrator, Susan is responsible for administration and reception work, dealing with candidates, and assisting with reference checks and events organisation. Susan is a hardworking member of the Christchurch team and approaches every situation with a sense of humour and smile on her face.

Originally from Ireland, Carlene relocated to Christchurch in 2010 following a working holiday in Australia. After graduating with a degree in Accounting and HR Management, she began her recruitment career in 2006 when she joined Ireland’s largest recruitment company and specialised in the recruitment of Science and Engineering roles. Carlene is not afraid of hard work, and works quickly to find successful matches between candidates and clients. She operates with integrity and is a delight to work with.

Charlette began her recruitment career working as a Researcher at a global recruitment company in London for 2 years. She then transferred to the Hong Kong office working as Consultant covering all level Accounting and Finance roles, both temp and perm recruitment for Investment Banking clients. Charlette returned to Christchurch in 2011 and joined Madison. Her ambitious and positive approach in building strong client and candidate relationships has proven to be a great asset to the branch.

With six years’ experience working in the ski industry across New Zealand, North America and Europe, James really enjoys working with people. His interest in the dynamic nature of recruitment led him to the role of Consultant at Madison recruiting a variety of sales and marketing roles in the Canterbury region. His integrity and hardworking, positive nature have been key to his service delivery. James holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Sports Management from Bournemouth University in the UK.

Phil began his recruitment career whilst overseas in the UK. After two years working within financial and accounting recruitment, he returned to NZ looking for a company 'that exhibited a huge commitment to provide exceptional service to clients and candidates’. Prior to recruitment Phil worked together with community groups and council to provide youth programmes and events in the local area. He leads the branch by example with his positive attitude, excellent relationship building skills and humour.

Sharyn joined Madison Recruitment in 2011, following roles in learning & development and human resources in a variety of industries, including the banking industry and dairy industry. Sharyn can always be relied upon to lend a hand and says that the satisfaction of placing the perfect person in the perfect role is the most rewarding part of her job. Mark is the founder of Lowndes Associates. His 29 years of commercial law practice commenced with Simpson Grierson and has included a period as in-house counsel for a multinational oil company, with involvement in international commercial matters and government affairs. He has held various company directorships. Mark led the legal work on over $450 million of M and A activity in the year prior to the GFC. Mark has participated in trade missions and is active in a number of international trade organisations.

A hard worker with a constant smile on her face, Miranda juggles a range of general administrative duties and welcomes visitors to the office. Miranda has always had an interest in recruitment, seeing her role at Madison as the perfect opportunity to learn more about the industry. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University majoring in HR & Marketing.

Prior to this position as Candidate Manager, Katie worked as Receptionist at Madison Recruitment’s Wellington branch. The transition between the two roles was a seamless one for Katie, whose friendly and hard-working nature meant that she was ready to take up the challenge of working in recruitment from day one. Katie gained a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management and Marketing from Victoria University while juggling a variety of part time roles in retail, hospitality, and promotions.

Prior to joining Madison in 2012, Jenna worked as an Employment Broker and most recently as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in business support roles. Self-motivated and results-driven, Jenna thrives in the dynamic environment of recruitment and lists having the opportunity to meet, help, and work with a wide range of people as being the most rewarding part of her job. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University, majoring in Psychology and Criminology.

Nadine joined Madison with seven years of recruitment experience in account management and in-house recruitment roles, predominantly within the public sector and pharmaceutical industry. This experience together with her proven ability to manage volume recruits and a large temp workforce means that her clients and candidates are in good hands. Nadine engenders trust with her friendly, outgoing nature and people focused approach.

Justin is a graduate from King’s College London and worked for a leading travel company prior to recruiting in the financial services sector for eight years. Justin joined Madison in 2006 and together with his team, is responsible for total quality assurance by introducing The Madison Group's capabilities then ensuring uniform service delivery across our various service offerings. Sociable, articulate and always up for a challenge, Justin thrives on the fast paced and people-focussed nature of recruitment.

Rachelle joined the Madison Wellington team in 2009. She gained a Bachelor of Applied Hospitality and Tourism Management and worked her way up into sales for leading hotels. Rachelle entered the recruitment industry with many transferrable skills that helped to launch her recruitment career with a bang. Quietly determined, she brings lots of energy to her team, complementing her warm personality. Rachelle manages a very high volume of temps whilst keeping the plates spinning in permanent recruitment.

Matt has a wealth of recruitment experience with 18 years in the industry including people and operational management right up to board level in the UK and Australasia. He is commercially astute, action-oriented and values driven - resulting in his success at establishing teams, improving business performance and strengthening sales and relationships. In his role as COO, Matt’s ability to see the bigger picture and deliver practical outcomes ensures our business units are well supported.

An outgoing and passionate individual, Jane has a history of exceeding targets and quickly working her way up the ranks. She has always thrived in the face of new challenges. With a background in insurance advisory, administration and recruitment, Jane joined Madison as a temp in 2012 and is now specialising in recruiting for junior finance roles. Jane holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Liverpool in the UK.
