Community

Here at Madison we know we are in a position to give something back. We promote community support and responsibility throughout our business, with particular importance being given to the following initiatives:

New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation

Madison proudly supports Pink Ribbon Day and encourages staff to take part and donate their time to this worthwhile cause.

The Madison Volunteer Programme

Corporate Volunteering is fast becoming a popular way for organisations to play an important part in the wider community. Madison Recruitment recognises the importance of contributing to our community by establishing the Madison Volunteer Programme. This initiative enables Madison employees to have 8 hours of company paid volunteer leave per year to make a difference in the community.

Life Flight Trust and Wellington Free Ambulance

In lieu of corporate Christmas gifts in 2008 and 2009, Madison donated to the Life Flight Air Ambulance and Wellington Free Ambulance. This contribution helped ensure their crew can continue to respond to medical emergencies 24/7 throughout New Zealand.
