General Manager - Amanda Scott


After a sabbatical from the recruitment industry, Amanda returns to initiate and manage Interim Taskforce Ltd, as part of The Madison Group.

 

Amanda joined the Recruitment industry in 1994 and quickly earned an excellent reputation as an Executive Leasing Specialist Consultant.

 

Initially with Executive Taskforce Ltd as a Senior Consultant – Executive Leasing, she co-founded Emergent & Co Ltd and in recent years as Consulting Director/Associate for talentnow!

 

Amanda has proven experience in supplying  Independent Contractors to a wide range of industry sectors including but not limited to; local and central government, utilities,  healthcare and aged care, hospitality,  SME’s, infrastructure,  manufacturing, telecommunications, retail and aviation. Her success in delivering high quality outcomes and customer service has been achieved by a very stringent approach to sourcing and selection.

 

Through her involvement and management of her equestrian manufacturing businesses in NZ and Australia and also the co-ownership of a commercial thoroughbred agistment business/ farm in South Auckland Amanda has gained direct commercial experience and understanding of the challenges to business today.

 

Amanda is an extremely active participant in the equestrian community in both dressage and Saddle Hunter Showing.
