TEAM LEADER - CALL CENTRE
Are you a stand out Team Leader looking for an exciting and challenging role?
With previous experience working as a Team Leader within a call centre and the flexibility to work in a rostered environment, you will have solid Contact Centre exposure and the ability to mentor and make positive changes. Experience in coaching, performance management and the ability to juggle 101 balls are essential requirements to be successful in this position.
Leading a team of 14 CSR's in the inbound services area, you will be passionate about personal development, strong in people management and experienced enough to confidently lead from the front to produce a high performing team. Essentially you will not shy away from a challenge and embrace change.
