Before I found my name in the ‘Meet the Team’ section of this website, I too was a job hunter. Being a perfectionist, creating a CV was more difficult for me than for most people. I spent hours researching & analysing CV template and examples online. I read tons of articles about what you should and shouldn’t include in your CV, I spoke to people I knew who were hiring managers to hear their thoughts and most importantly, I trialled several CV versions with them.
