Starting your day on the right foot is essential! It can set your mood for the rest of the day and will impact everything you do from the get go. For me, I find that when I get out of bed, chucking on some headphones and listening to the right tunes does just that! By listening to something that you love, it evokes the emotion and memories around that song and can lift you right back up.
For anyone that has ever met me, I am full of beans first thing in the morning, and I thought I would share a few of the songs I listen to when I get out of bed to start my day right!
