Madison’s Sustainability Committee
The Sustainability Committee was inspired by Aotearoa’s surroundings and our passionate staff. We are focussed on instigating small, achievable changes across the Madison business, with the goal of instilling good habits across all our staff. By promoting these changes in the office, we aim to have Madison employees implement these learnings in their home lives as well. Step by step we have made some positive changes such as moving our previously paper heavy contract signing process online, driving an internal re-use and recycling campaign and providing all staff with keep-cups and Tupperware to reduce use of single-use coffee cups and plastic.
The Work Collective
The Work Collective is an employment initiative that delivers social impact by connecting our Clients, Employment Support organisations and NZ’s largest recruitment and resourcing company, to provide meaningful work opportunities for candidates who face barriers to employment. Launched in mid-2019, The Work Collective is an Accordant Group business.
