Future of Work Survey Terms & Conditions

The prize for the Future of Work survey draw is one NZ$500 Prezzy card.

There are three Prezzy cards available to win.

The three winners will be randomly drawn by Friday 29 April 2022.

Terms & Conditions:

• This promotion is run by Madison Recruitment Limited, which is part of Accordant Group Limited.
• Information on how to enter this prize draw forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
• This promotion closes at 11.59pm NZST on 27/04/2022.
• To enter the prize draw you must complete the Future of Work survey before the promotion closes, and submit your contact information as instructed at the end of the survey.
• Entry to the prize draw is restricted to one entry per person.
• Multiple entries will be disqualified.
• Automated entries, bulk entries or third-party entries will be disqualified.
• This prize draw is open to people legally entitled to work in New Zealand and residing in New Zealand at the time of the draw.
• The Prize can only be sent to a valid NZ address or picked up by the winner at their local Madison Recruitment office.
• The Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries, by close of business on 29/04/2022.
• The Winners will be contacted via the email address provided via the survey prize draw entry form within 5 business days from 29/04/2022.
• This lucky draw is not open to Absolute IT, Accordant, AWF, JacksonStone & Partners or Madison Recruitment employees or their families.
• The final decision rests with Madison Recruitment’s management, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Prize is 1 (one) NZ$500 Prezzy card per Winner. There are three prizes available to be won.
• The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
