Customer Service Officer
About the role
We’re recruiting several people to join the team at Inland Revenue based in Palmerston North. They are looking for passionate Customer Service Officers to help with the workload in an inbound contact centre.
This is a part time role starting in January until September 2019. The shift pattern is from 4pm to 8pm Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday morning; 9am-1pm one week in four with a half day during the week when the Saturday is worked. Full, paid training is provided on the same Monday to Friday shift pattern.
Skills & Experience

- Have prior experience providing excellent service
- Take pride in listening, assessing the situation and providing solutions
- Have the ability to provide effective spoken and written communication
- Have good computer skills
- Enjoys team environments
