We are looking for Customer Service Officers (CSO) that enjoy a challenge and learning new things!  If you enjoy helping your colleagues and working together to create process improvements and find a better way of doing things, this role could be for you.

 

As a CSO, you will undertake a wide range of activities, tasks and processes that ensure that revenue is collected and social policy programmes are administered effectively and efficiently.  These positions require delivering a high-quality customer service, administration and correspondence.

 

In turn you will receive structured in-depth training and coaching, a great team culture and a competitve pay rate of $20 per hour, increasing to $22.50 once you have passed competency.

 

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • The ability to meet tight deadlines and service levels
  • A proven ability to multi-task with an eagerness to learn new, complex tasks
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Solid keyboard/computer skills
  • The ability to quickly learn computer systems, processes and procedures
  • Good time management skills, reliable and committed to the task at hand
  • Demonstrated experience with problem solving, sound decision making and having a continuous improvement mind-set
