Customer Service Officer
The supportive team at Inland Revenue are looking for customer service professionals to join the team in Penrose in the New Year.
As a customer service officer, you will:
- Contact specific NZ based business owners to talk through the procedure changes
- Explain the changes in a persuasive manner
- Database management
- Refer customers to the wider business for further information
- Inbound calls handling customer queries relating to policy changes
Shift hours are varied and up to 40 hours a week between 8am and 8pm with occasional Saturday work from 9am to 1pm.
There are no sales involved, the customer is at the heart of what Inland Revenue do and to be successful in this role you must have a passion for providing services to improve the customer experience.
