We are seeking professional applicants with junior and senior administration experience to take on temporary Administration roles within various industries in South East Auckland.
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth running of all office processes, and will ensure all paperwork is up to date and compliant. You would need to undertake a variety of administrative duties and may also be responsible for managing accounts, invoicing and meetings attendance.
To be successful in this position you will need:
• 1 year minimum Admin experience
• Experience interacting with customers
• Attention to detail
• Team player
• Reliable Transport / ability to get to South Auckland
• Experience using software’s, such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Intermediate –Advanced Microsoft Skills
• Provide 2 positive references
• Legally entitled to work in NZ
