In this role, the customer is at the heart of what we do here and to be successful you must have a passion for providing services to improve the customer experience.
About the role: Based in central Tauranga, you will work as a part of the Customer Service team to make outbound phone calls, updating customers on current changes that will impact the way they do business as well as answering inbound phone calls to answer a range of customer enquiries. Duties will vary based on business needs so adaptability is a must!
You will be required to:
- Contact specific NZ based business owners to talk through the changes
- Explain the changes in a persuasive manner
- Communicate the legislation and process simply to facilitate compliance
- Database management
- Refer customers to the wider business for further information
Shift hours are varied and up to 40 hours a week between 8am and 8pm with occasional Saturday work from 9am to 1pm.
