A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to join an enthusiastic and energetic work environment, to contribute to the productive and efficient running of the business.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and confident delivering support at senior level.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing support to the Chief Executive
• Diary management and organising travel arrangements
• Administration support to wider team unit
• Minute taking
• Scheduling meetings and event management
• Processing invoices and payments
• Presentation and distribution of management reports, board reports and other presentations
• Engage with office suppliers to produce best outcomes
• Organising and hosting events

Some of your key qualities to succeed in this role:

• Previous experience in a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant capacity minimum 3-4 years
• Proactive and have the ability to use initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• The ability to meet tight deadlines while remaining calm under pressure
• Integrity and professionalism at all times
• Exceptionally strong attention to detail
