Purpose of the role:

Administer trusts, limited partnerships, and companies. Supervise and mentor two direct reports and work alongside with the Director

Day to day responsibilities/ tasks: 

  • Administration of client entities
  • Work closely with your team to manage clients
  • Achieve highest standards of corporate governance, fiduciary integrity and compliance
  • Maintain up to date records and reporting
  • Critique legal implications, tax efficiency, cost of client’s structure
  • Proactively participate in risk assessment and mitigation process


  • $70,000 - $80,000 per annum based on experience
  • Central city location

What we are looking for:

This is a supervisor position hence you are expected to have worked in trust administration environment previously and will be able to demonstrate your ability to hit the ground running immediately.You will have a strong understanding of the complexity of trust administration.

  • Proven years’ of experience in trust administration
  • Experience in managing/ supervising a team
  • Ability to work in a highly complex and geographically diverse client portfolio
  • Ability to maintain good client relationships and be confident in handling challenging situations
  • Highly organised and good with time management
  • Preferred but not essential is the ability to speak Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin
