Madison Recruitment is on the look out for an outstanding leader who is able to support a store manager guiding a small team in a reputable and forward thinking New Zealand brand. No two days will ever be the same and you have room for growth and development in such a free thinking and nurturing company.

To be successful you will have:

• Recent experience as an Assistant Store Manager
• Involvement in team training and development
• Experience working to KPI’s and targets
• Rostering for a team of 10
• Visual merchandising experience
• Stock Management

Other key attributes:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An overriding need to give the best customer service
• A creative driver – you have the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team in a positive manner
• A fresh and friendly energy
