Have you had some experience in sales or customer care? We are on the hunt for professionals with both junior and senior Sales or Customer Service experience for temporary Customer Service/Sales roles. If this sounds like you I would love to have a chat to you today!!

As a Customer Service Representative you will be required to:

  • Take inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Conduct post sale care
  • Maintain customer accounts and customer relationships
  • Respond and resolve all customer queries
  • Schedule, book and coordinate numerous orders

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Have sound experience in customer interaction
  • Be open to coaching or being coached
  • Have the ability to think on your feet
  • Resolve all customer enquires and complaints satisfactorily within company guidelines
  • Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Be extremely self-motivated 
  • Have great organisational skills
  • Experience using systems, such as: SAP, Oracle or Greentree is desired but not mandatory
