We are on the hunt for temporary Receptionists who are ready to get into their next role to facilitate the demand from our clients.


  • Meet and greet customers
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Distribute and send mail
  • Arrange travel bookings
  • Organise and maintain clean and tidy meeting rooms
  • Maintain a clean front of house

To be successful in this position you will need:

  • 1-2 year’s reception experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Skills
  • Legal entitlement to work in NZ
  • Two positive references
  • Reliable transport
