We have a number of exciting Fixed Term Contracts based in Upper Hutt, starting in June!

We are looking for Customer Support Administrators (CSA’s) that enjoy a challenge and learning new things! If you enjoy helping your colleagues and working together to create process improvements and find a better way of doing things, this role could be for you.

As a CSA, you will undertake a wide range of activities, tasks and processes that ensure social policy programmes are administered effectively and efficiently.  These positions require delivering a high-quality service; processing returns, applications and correspondence.

 

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • The ability to meet tight deadlines and service levels
  • A proven ability to multi-task with an eagerness to learn new, complex tasks
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Solid keyboard/computer skills
  • The ability to be agile and flexible in a changing work environment with the ability to move between tasks, independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated prior experience of providing a high level of customer service
  • A professional outlook and take pride in the service that you offer
  • The ability to quickly learn computer systems, processes and procedures
  • A willingness to work autonomously demonstrating initiative, curiosity and a can-do attitude
  • Good time management skills, reliable and committed to the task at hand
  • Demonstrated experience with problem solving, sound decision making and having a continuous improvement mind-set
  • Prior demonstrated experience in a similar role (highly desirable).
