Key Account & Business Development Manager

• Auckland Territory with room to expand
• Package: Salary + vehicle + commission + tools

This New Zealand owned and operated company prides itself on providing the most expansive, diverse and high quality adhesive tapes for all business and industrial needs. With the business rapidly expanding, they are looking to grow their highly successful and driven sales team.  
With a dedicated and supportive team with strong work ethics, they pride themselves on delivery of high quality service and support to their customers and internal teams.
This is fantastic opportunity for a Key Account Manager with a proven business development and sales history.  This role will involve face to face presentation and will see you dealing with a large number of distributors.


The role:
• Account Management (including Key Accounts)
• Business Development – generate new leads & pitch for new business opportunities
• Build relationships with key stakeholders
• Travel across Auckland (possibly Northland)
• Negotiate and close commercial deals
• Grow market share

Experience/Skill:
• Previous experience in account management and business development
• Industry or FMCG experience (ideal but not essential)
• Strong relationship building skills
• Proven history of sales growth/market share
• No travel restrictions
• Good understanding of supply chain
• Excellent negotiation skills and time management
