In this full time role you will be answering high volume inbound calls from customers. You will be providing product knowledge, problem solving, having technical conversations and answering any general inquiries. To be successful you must have
• Proven 2+ years call centre experience
• Clear communication skills
• The flexibility to work with rosters
• NZ citizen or permanent resident
