Technical Support – Japanese Speaking

About the role

Working in an inbound call centre you will be handling calls from Japan and speaking to customers in your native Japanese language. You will be answering queries and offering exceptional customer service regarding virus software protection issues customers are experiencing with their technical devices. You will be the ‘go-to’ person to help customers trouble-shoot and solve problems and will handle complaints using a complaints handling system. If you are an IT graduate this could be your stepping stone into your career! 


The hours

You will be working rostered shifts between the days of Monday – Sunday between the hours of 1pm – 10pm


Requirements

• Must have a work permit valid until at least July 2020
• Must be fluent in Japanese
• Be technically savvy or have a degree in IT or electrical engineering
• Must have excellent written communication skills
• Must have customer service experience
