The friendly Business Support team at Madison are looking for exceptional Team Administrators who are keen to step into a challenging new role.

Because of the deadline driven nature of administration work, you need to be able to handle peaks and troughs effectively. We are looking for candidates who can think proactively and manage high pressure environments well.

Managing your workload effectively so you’re able to be reactive when required will be the key to your success.

Skills needed for this role:

  • Diary management
  • Resilience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Coordination (meetings and events)\
  • Providing adhoc support to Managers and the wider team
  • Financial administration support
