We are on the hunt for individuals who is seeking temporary roles in South and East Auckland. If this sounds like you, I would love to have a chat with you!

As an Administrator you will be required to:

  • Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers
  • Respond and resolve all customer queries
  • Schedule, book and coordinate orders
  • Management of office events
  • Responding to all email enquiries
  • Assist with office maintenance
  • Ad-hoc administration, as required

To be successful in this fast paced role you will need:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Passion for customer service and helping people
  • Strong multi-tasking and problem solving abilities
  • A clear, friendly telephone personality
  • Maintain a high standard of verbal and written communication skills
  • Great organisation skills
