Service Centre Representative

In this role you will be making outbound calls to current customers, maintaining relationships, keeping customers up-to-date on all current promotions and identify further sales opportunities and patterns.
Ensure databases are accurate and call cycles are managed effectively
Analyse distribution patterns to advise customers on popular products
Maintain customer relationships
Work towards and achieve targets in collaboration with Field representatives and Activation team members
Salary: Approx. $51,000, based on your experience
Hours: Monday – Friday, Business Hours
Must haves for this role:
A proactive, confident and self-motivated approach to their work
A resilient nature and positive mind-set
Previous SAP experience would be beneficial but not essential
An ability to build strong relationships; understands retailer’s needs and seen as a ‘trusted advisor’
Challenge the norm – raise new ideas & perspectives
