My client has been operating for over 40 years and holds the largest market shares in Australia and New Zealand. They are the most established bicycle company in the market distributing in mass across Australia and New Zealand servicing over 1700 retail outlets with its own brands, licensed brand names and global brands.

To be successful in the role:

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader
• Well developed and effective communication skills on all levels
• Confident and able to lead, motivate and work effectively alongside your team
• Dynamic – highly motivated and can motivate others
• Have the ability to think on your feet
• A problem solver
• Excellent time management skills can prioritise and meet deadlines
• Full NZ driver license
• Well-developed computer skills

The key functions of this role include but are not limited to:

• Day to day management and organisation of the warehouse
• Stock control, orders, purchasing
• SAP and computer skills
• Managing KPI’s
• Building a positive workplace culture through performance reviews
• Active involvement and ideas at management meetings
• Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to all warehouse employees
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
