We are working with a highly sought-after Kiwi organisation who are looking for a Coordinator to join their People Experience team. A growing company with a great reputation globally.

This could be the ideal opportunity to get your new role for January confirmed before Christmas! 

You will be responsible for
• Managing the new starter process
• Administering and maintaining the HRIS system
• Creating POs and processing invoices
• Assisting in the development of human resource procedures and policies
• Providing first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees in relation to HR processes
• Supporting with the administration of all annual people processes (salary reviews, performance reviews, incentive payments etc)
• Contributing to team projects such as the new staff induction programs, graduate recruitment, staff surveys, performance review processes etc
• Preparing data as required for internal reporting, including monthly people metrics reports
• Other general admin support as required from the team
• Keeping up to date on developments in human resources practices, employment legislation, and sharing of knowledge within the team

A bit about you
• Experience in HR admin/coordination
• Passionate about people and HR
• Excellent administration, organisational and time management skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building, including the ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations
• Up to date knowledge of HR legislation
• Good understanding of MS Office and Google applications
• Proven ability to deal with confidential information with discretion
• An appropriate HR qualification
