Temp Administrators Rotorua
We have immediate temp assignments available in Rotorua, for experienced Administrators.
We are looking for people with a strong background in Administration and Customer Service, with excellent communication skills, the ability to multi task and work well under pressure.
In this role you will provide administration support to the Manager on site, and your main duties will include typing, data entry, maintaining records / logs, scheduling, providing secretarial support at meetings, and liaising with other on site staff in relation to customers and various reporting requirements.
You must be available to work rostered shifts Monday to Sunday, with hours of work being 1.30pm to 9.30pm. Work is generally on the basis of 5 days on, 2 days off.
