Our client in the public sector is looking for two Administrators. The team provides business support and advisory services to senior managers of the government organisation. The opportunity will be fixed term from January 2021 until the end of June 2021. The team you will be working in is the ICT services group.


  • Provide general administrative support
  • Supporting directors and the wider team
  • Organise meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agendas, and meeting papers
  • Diary and inbox management
  • Basic minute taking (key points & actions)
  • Document support (typing & formatting)

Qualities and skills required

  • You have previous work experience in the Government of New Zealand
  • You are an experienced administrator (1-3 years)
  • Confidence in the MS suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
