The Role:
This is a newly created role designed to support the sales manager with day-to-day operations. The ability to work autonomously, use initiative and be proactive will be paramount in this role as the sales manager is out on the road frequently. Building strong customer relationships and confidence through consistently performing above expectations on a daily basis is high on the list for this role.
 
The Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all orders placed by customers are detailed and accurate enough for production to manufacture correctly – liaising with customers where extra clarification is needed
  • Completing customer order forms
  • Taking phone calls enquires from customers and liaise with all necessary departments to ensure a successful service can be provided
  • Learning the company products and systems in order to confidently quote customers and answer any related queries
  • Personal assistant duties such as meeting minutes for monthly sales meetings, following up on action points with team members, manging the sales managers inbox on occasion and general personal assistance tasks
  • Data entry and costing through Microsoft Excel
  • Monitor and manage the CRM system and compile reports

This is a role where you can expand your knowledge immensely. We are looking for someone who is keen to upskill and learn and has an interest in the construction and architecture space.
