The role:
Join a well-known distributor in the medical industry in an entry level Customer Service Representative role. You will be responsible for a high volume of customer enquiries and orders.
Duties will include:
- Processing a high volume of orders / system data entry
- Responding to customer queries via phone and email
- Updating and sending customer and supplier reports
- Customer service
- Data entry
Skills Required:
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Computer aptitude (SAP and MS Suite)
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment
- The ability to multitask where possible
- Great phone manner
