The role:

Join a well-known distributor in the medical industry in an entry level Customer Service Representative role. You will be responsible for a high volume of customer enquiries and orders.

Duties will include:

  • Processing a high volume of orders / system data entry
  • Responding to customer queries via phone and email
  • Updating and sending customer and supplier reports
  • Customer service
  • Data entry

Skills Required:

  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer aptitude (SAP and MS Suite)
  • The ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • The ability to multitask where possible
  • Great phone manner
  • Initiative and perseverance
  • The ability to withstand a dynamic environment
  • The ability to effectively under pressure
  • The ability to work well individually
