Madison Recruitment is proudly partnering with an innovative and growing manufacturing business – leading suppliers of kitchens and cabinetry in Australia and New Zealand. Their products are at the forefront of design, innovation and manufacture, comprising a range of modular and flat pack solutions for kitchens, bathrooms and home storage.

Continued growth in the New Zealand market is expected and they’re now looking to add a Product Manager with a strong understanding of the NZ kitchen market to their team based in South Auckland. This opportunity will suit either an experienced Product Manager or candidates from a product development background (kitchens or similar), ready to step up and take responsibility for all facets of getting products to market. The pace is fast and the industry ever changing so although you’ll be process driven and accustomed to a highly administrative role, you’ll also need to be agile and be able to think on your feet.

About you:

  • Relevant industry experience – ideally kitchen or furniture manufacturing
  • Top notch interpersonal and relationship skills with confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills – able to manipulate, analyse and apply the findings of data.
  • Self-motivated, approaches tasks with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Proactive, demonstrate initiative and driven by results.
  • Full, clean NZ driver’s license and own vehicle
