Administrators – Projects or Marketing Experience

Madison are keen to speak with strong administrators with a variety of experience such as projects, social media or digital marketing. We specialize in the recruitment of both permanent and temporary roles, and we want to speak with anyone with a varied administrative background.

Perhaps you are in an office management position, but have been taking on extra projects on the side. Or, are you an experienced administrator, wanting to utilize your marketing degree?

We are open to considering a variety of backgrounds and experience, but in particular, we look for the following:

  • Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • A typing speed of 50 words per minute or more
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Experience in project administration or coordination
  • Marketing experience, with knowledge of social media channels and digital platforms
  • Familiarity with email marketing and use of Mailchimp or similar program
  • Excellent communication skills
