Marketing and Communications Executive

“Hey, come invest in Auckland – we’re (practically) Covid free!”
That’s my attempt, if you can do a better job at marketing Auckland to potential international investors, read on.
My client is an Auckland based government organisation committed to making this supercity a desirable economic, lifestyle, and tourism destination.   They are exceptionally busy at the moment and are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to work with their international investment team, as well as assist with other projects that pique their interest.
The Role

  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to ideate and produce content including blogs, videos, webinars, and other products aimed at overseas investors
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and agencies
  • Scope and research the international markets
  • Develop an ongoing LinkedIn strategy

 
Ideally you will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A background in marketing B2B
  • Knowledge around paid social media advertising and content strategies
  • Experience in copywriting or technical writing would be advantageous

 
The Details

  • Auckland Central location
  • 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, with flexitime available
  • Work from home one day per week
  • Starting mid-March until at least the end of June
