This role provides HR support to its employees, including advice, processing, and case management. Working within a large government organisation you will be required to investigate queries and liaise with a variety of departments including Talent Acquisition, L&D, Payroll, and H&S to provide accurate and efficient support and advice. This is a role where you will be learning every day, building upon the knowledge and skills you have to continuously grow.
You must have strong communication skills (both written and spoken) and be confident using a variety of systems. A knowledge of NZ employment legislation and the ability work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
The successful applicant will need to be able to use their initiative and work within a driven team. You will be a person of strong integrity who values discretion and is confident interacting with people from all walks of life.
This is a 4 month, full-time position based in Auckland’s CBD and starting ASAP. The organisation is dedicated to an inclusive culture and actively supports flexible working.
