Junior Office Coordinator/PA

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to have a varied work environent and your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • You will be assisting with strategies to help improve the sales team creating fun and imaginative sales support.
  • In charge of office resources, space and equipment, making sure the office is an enjoyable and efficient place to work
  • Liaising with professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems
  • Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
  • Assisting the director where he needs – Small diary management
  • Assisting the office manager with admin duties
  • Managing and recording KPI’s
  • Creating sales/marketing packs
  • Assisting interior designer with staging
  • Make sure the office mascot is always fed with doggy treats

We are looking for someone who has;

  • Strong computer skills with High level of Excel, Outlook and Word knowledge and the ability to learn new software packages
  • Prior experience in an office environment would be advantageous 
  • The ability to organise and prioritise work
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Motivated with lots of initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
