Executive Assistant to CEO and CFO

Our client is seeking a proactive and detailed Executive Assistant who will provide administrative support at an executive level to the CEO and CFO, and support to Board Directors, Company Secretaries and the Senior Leadership team as required. This role has one direct report, where you will build a positive working relationship as well as provide direction and management.

The modern Head Office is based in Wellington City, and has a great office culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to really take control of their role and provide exceptional support.

A typical day

  • Extensive diary management – dealing with any meeting conflicts, arranging meetings and video conferencing, booking rooms, sending confirmations
  • Monitoring email inboxes and prioritising correspondence
  • Coordinating events, meetings, conferences, and workshops
  • Written correspondence on behalf of the CEO and CFO
  • Document management/preparation support
  • Arranging travel, accommodation, and logistics to the agreed requirements and timeframes
  • Working with the Office Manager to approve office related expenses, facilities and budgets
