We are seeking enthusiastic people with backgrounds in a call centre environment for a temporary customer focused position based on the North Shore!

The roles: Work in a fast paced phone based team taking inbound calls and making outbound calls offering a memorable experience to the customers you encounter. Day to day you will be:

• Actively listening to customer needs; providing them with effective solutions to queries
• Updating customer details and using multiple databases and systems
• Escalating calls to the appropriate internal teams and providing admin assistance
• Being an active team player, participating in team meetings and contributing towards the overall success of the business
• Working across a variety of campaigns and liaising with people from all walks of life
• Eliminating stress and provide certainty for customers during the call

The hours:

• You will need to be available to work rotating rosters Monday – Saturday between the hours of 7am – 6pm
• Rosters will depend on the campaigns your working at the time and are subject to time

Training and Career Development:

• Your first few days will consist of training during the hours stated above and you will buddy with an experienced staff member for further support
• Ongoing learning and development is offered

To stand out from the rest, you will have:

• 1-2 years proven contact centre experience to be able to hit the ground running!
• A passion for interacting and learning about people Clear criminal record and credit history
• A drive to deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction
• Self-motivated to achieve targets and goals
• Effective communication, questioning and listening skills
• A great work ethic and a positive attitude

Although initially a short term contract, potential longer-term opportunities may become available in the future.
