Customer Service Representative

About the job: This role will see you working on a new campaign, answering high volume calls from a New Zealand wide customer base.

Day to day you will:

  • Provide professional expertise to customers to help them meet their financial needs
  • Actioning customers request with efficiency
  • Navigating through databases and different systems to ensure customer information is updated accurately and effectively
  • Ability to handle a range of customers from all walks of life

The hours

You’ll be working on a rotating roster between the days of Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 6pm.

To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria

  • Clear credit history
  • Clear criminal record
  • Background in customer service – retail, hospitality or contact centre would be a bonus!
  • Strong attention to detail – as errors will cause significant issues for customers
  • Strong Microsoft Word Skills
