Temporary Executive Assistant’s

Madison Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a large portfolio of iconic companies across a diverse range of industries, who require temporary support.

We are seeking experienced Executive Assistants who are ready to get into their next role to facilitate demand from our clients and be available to start immediately.

These roles act as a critical support function to support C suite level executives. On a day to day basis the responsibilities include:

  • Diary/Event/Meeting management
  • Email and phone correspondence
  • Administration support to a wider team
  • Producing and finalising documentation, reports and presentation
  • Arranging all travel and accommodation when required
  • Minute taking

Successful candidates will have:

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience
  • Exceptionally high attention to detail
  • The capability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • A proactive attitude and ability use initiative
  • Integrity and professionalism at all times
  • Confidence with the Microsoft Office Suite
