Service Co-Ordinator

Our client, a leader in the compressed air and vacuum pump field is looking for a Service Co-Ordinator. With over 40 years’ experience in the industry, our client prides themselves on being innovative, reliable and creating lasting relationships with their clients. Having a wide range of products available, they work closely with their clients to provide catered solutions across the country 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
 
The key duties of this role will include:
 

  • Entering Work Orders
  • Customer Service
  • Sales via email & phone
  • Liaising with key internal staff
  • Administration duties
  • Planning jobs for Engineers

          
 
You will be required to do various duties across the office which will include data entry, answering the phone and dealing with customers. You will review customer accounts to ensure scheduled maintenance is booked in and completed. As such accuracy and attention to detail are a must for this role.
 
You must have worked within the engineering or similar industries, as nth successful will have to hit the ground running. You will be prepared to work hard, have a high level of presentation; have good time management skills as well as being able to multi task. No two days will be the same in this role, so if you crave variety and have a warm and friendly attitude and are a team player – then this is the role for you.
