The Opportunities:

I am seeking strong, experienced, and friendly Administrators to support our clients in the Medical Industry across South and East Auckland in temporary and fixed term positions.
Due to this niche, I am seeking candidate with a focus on or proven experience with high pressure, detail oriented and highly adaptable environments.
The Medical Industry across South and East Auckland is highly diverse, therefore the ability to speak or understand Pacifica or Maori languages would be advantageous to your application. Any experience or understanding around working within Mental Health Facilities would also be advantageous.
Temporary roles will vary in length from short to long term as well as could be either part or full time and some will be the opportunity to extend to permanent positions.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Medical Scheduling / Coordination
  • System / Data Administration
  • Project Management
  • Project Coordination
  • Procurement Administration
  • Team Support Administrators
  • Executive or Personal Assistant duties

Skills we are seeking:

  • Standout communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A confidence with administration (specifically computer and data management aptitude as candidates will be required to complete testing)
  • Personability and a friendly demeanour
  • Reliable and flexibility to commit to both full or parttime hours
  • Any experience within the medical industry would be advantageous
