Team Administrator

Our client is currently seeking a Team Administrator to assist two busy Managers within a large organisation with delegations, diary management and administration support to the wider teams.

  • Excellent CBD location – viaduct harbour
  • 3 months initially – potential to extend or lead to further opportunities
  • Full time, Monday – Friday, standard business hours
  • $27 per hour + 8% holiday

Duties will include:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Minute taking
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Travel arrangements
  • Reporting as required

We are looking for someone who is a confident individual and has the ability to show initiative. This role is due to start as soon as possible so to be successfully considered you will be available immediately and have:

  • 3-5 years in Office Administration or PA role
  • Strong Microsoft office skills including, Word, Excel ,Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work
