Team Coordinator / Project Administrator

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to work with the Infrastructure Delivery Team on a 6 month temporary assignment with the potential for long-term opportunities. Working with a large government organisation, this role is based in Auckland CBD and starting straight away!  


  • Minute taking at project meetings.
  • Create and review project related presentations, emails, letters, proposals, memos, reports, and other documents.
  • Provide general administration support including booking travel, meeting rooms/venues and support for shared inboxes.
  • Process expenses and credit card reconciliations
  • Providing administrative assistance for supplier contracts and tenders
  • Coordinate Official Information Act requests for the team to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Internal team reporting reminders and assistance
  • Managing the storage of project information



This role would suit an experienced Team Coordinator or PA who is wanting to expand their skillset, or a Project Administrator wanting a foot in the door at a large company. Excellent Microsoft skills are required, as well as strong communication and coordination skills.


This role is starting immediately and based in Auckland’s CBD, working standard business hours with some flexibility.
