Office Manager/PA

Would you call yourself a confident, competent Office Manager or Personal Assistant? Are you flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks, from diary management to keeping the kitchen spic and span? And are you immediately available? We may have the role for you!

Our client is a market leader in advertising, based in the vibrant Britomart precinct in the heart of Auckland City. They are looking for immediate office support for 4 weeks – with the potential to extend.

About the role:

  • 4 week temporary assignment, potential for extension
  • ASAP start
  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • A varied role including answering the phone, arranging couriers, managing the Director’s calendar, arranging catering and general office duties
