The Business Support team here at Madison Recruitment’s Auckland CBD office represent some of New Zealand’s most sought-after employers. We are currently working on new permanent opportunities in some of Auckland’s most exciting office environments. Our clients trust us to find the best talent for their business, and we are always looking for excellent administrators that can rise to the challenge.

About you:

  • Previous administration or office experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well presented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, with effective time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • An all-rounder, able to jump in to support business needs where necessary
  • Resilient and reliable
  • Quick to think on your feet and find solutions

These roles involve a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

  • Providing adhoc support to managers and the wider team in the office
  • Answer telephone and email enquiries
  • Handling a range of systems simultaneously
  • Accurate data entry and filing
  • Coordinating meetings and events
  • Various other general office administration duties
