Now operating in a fun and creative space at the bottom of the Ngauranga Gorge that breeds a down-to-earth culture, AMS Nightlife have continued to perform strongly even through the COVID-19 pandemic, thanks to strong client relationships and excellent service. With a busy workload, the time has come to grow the team and an opportunity has opened for the varied position of Customer Service Representative.

As a key contact point for clients, you will provide technical support, manage installations and provide training to ensure they are getting the most out of their AMS Nightlife product. You will grow industry specific knowledge as you specialise in a client portfolio. An aptitude for technology is a must, as you will be working with both software and hardware products.

Key aspects of role:

  • Delivering quality customer service to all client needs
  • Initial troubleshooting through technical issues to ensure all parties are satisfied
  • Responsible for delivering music and video briefing and support, entertainment consultation, and escalating licensing and account enquiries
  • On-board new clients to AMS Nightlife and build long standing trusting relationships to ensure they receive exceptional service
  • Coordinate and manage system installations for new clients
  • Keeping on top of the music industry trends domestically and internationally through research

The successful applicant will:

  • Be motivated by an informal, work hard/play hard environment
  • Customer service/technical support experience
